What happens next
Every message reaches the founder directly, not a switchboard. You will normally hear back within two working days, in English or Italian.
The first conversation is a thirty-minute call, no strings attached: it serves to scan the context, the data at hand and the decision to be made. Only then do we propose a path, with goals, timing and costs set out in writing.
We work from Bollate, just outside Milan, with businesses and non-profit organisations across Italy and beyond: remotely for most of the work, on site when the project calls for it.
No long forms, no automatic quotes: a conversation first, then we decide together whether and how to cross the complexity.
